We are the engineers global utilities, IPPs and OEMs call when they need it done right — and when the report has to stand up to regulator scrutiny in any language.

Founded in 2021 with a clear technical mandate: independent grid code and performance testing for power plants. Our engineering team has evaluated more than 30 GW of electrical capacity across field measurements and dynamic-modeling work, backed by a proprietary methodology developed for today's regulatory frameworks. We have executed test programs on OEM platforms worldwide — capital equipment from GE, Alstom, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Solar Turbines, Caterpillar, Jenbacher, Fuji, Foster Wheeler and Toshiba. 50+ plants commissioned, from 1 MW Jenbacher engines to 1,000 MW combined-cycle facilities.

The paper trail regulators read — authored, coordinated, defended.

Regulator submission packages, authored in the regulator's language. The full three-stage CENACE process in Mexico — pre-test documentation, field test campaign, commercial operation entry — filed through SAPPSE. Methodology travels to ONS-Web (Brazil), CEN (Chile), XM (Colombia), COES (Peru), ANRE (Morocco) and WERA (Saudi Arabia). We coordinate and document the testing; equipment install and comms channels stay with the integrator.
